  • Monthly Monitoring — AI traffic reporting and periodic visibility testing.

Site content is informational. Exact details (scope, price, timeline) are confirmed through a separate offer or contract before work begins.

3. Contact form

Submitting a message through the contact form does not automatically create a contractual relationship. It is merely a request for information to which we typically respond within 24 business hours. Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the site are indicative, expressed in EUR, and may be adjusted based on project specifics. The final price, payment method and schedule are agreed in writing before any engagement begins.

5. Deliverables and timelines

Delivery timelines and exact deliverable scope are determined individually per project. Where collaboration depends on information or access provided by the client, timelines may be adjusted proportionally to any delays in providing them.

6. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, logo, design) belongs to QuotablME and is protected by copyright law. Reports and documents delivered as part of projects may be used internally by the client but may not be republished in full without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is", based on current industry practices. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, traffic, AI mentions), as these depend on external factors beyond our control (platform algorithms, user behaviour, competitor actions). Our liability is limited to the contractual value of the relevant project.

8. Scope of reports and expected results

The AI Visibility Audit and the Implementation Guide delivered by QuotablME are diagnostic and advisory documents. Their implementation may improve the website's AI Readiness Score across the audited categories. However, QuotablME does not guarantee that the client's website will be cited, recommended, or mentioned by any AI assistant (including ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) following the application of the recommendations. Visibility in AI systems depends on factors external to our control, including the proprietary algorithms and training data of each platform.

11. Applicable law
