1. About us

Quotabl (quotabl.me) is an AI readiness & GEO audit platform headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. Contact: hello@quotabl.me.

2. Services offered

  • Comprehensive AI Visibility Audit — assessment across 7 categories (80 automated checks), mention tests via OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity APIs, at least 23 commercial queries, ready-to-use Schema.org JSON-LD snippets, and our diagnostic error re-run policy.
  • 90-Day AI Visibility Track (€39/mo) — continuous bi-weekly automated re-scans, post-implementation verification tracking, citation intelligence, regression alerts, and our Day-90 monitoring extension policy.

Site content is informational. Exact details (scope, price, timeline) are confirmed at checkout or through a separate agreement before work begins.

3. Contact form

Submitting a message through the contact form does not automatically create a contractual relationship. It is merely a request for information to which we typically respond within 24 business hours. Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the site are expressed in EUR. Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.

5. Deliverables and timelines

Audit reports are generated and delivered electronically via email and secure web link. Where custom collaboration depends on information or access provided by the client, timelines may be adjusted proportionally to any delays in providing them.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content (texts, logo, software, design) belongs to Quotabl and is protected by copyright law. Audit reports and code snippets delivered as part of purchased packages may be used freely by the client for their audited website, but the underlying platform methodology may not be resold or republished without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is", based on current industry standards. Apart from our explicit Day-90 monitoring extension policy and diagnostic error re-run policy, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (sales, revenue), as these depend on external factors beyond our control (LLM algorithm updates, user behaviour, competitor actions). Our financial liability is limited to the value of the purchased audit package.

8. Diagnostic error policy & Day-90 monitoring extension

The AI Visibility Audit and Implementation Guide delivered by Quotabl are automated diagnostic assessments. If we find a verifiable diagnostic error in your report, we re-run it free and correct it. Report suspected errors within 14 days of report delivery. A verifiable diagnostic error is an automated check reported as failing in your delivered report that demonstrably passes when the same check is re-run against the same page snapshot and configuration at delivery time. It excludes failures caused by later changes to your website, hosting, WAF rules, or third-party AI engine behavior. If you are enrolled in the 90-Day AI Visibility Track, your On-Site Readiness score (as defined in our published methodology at the time of purchase) is 85 or higher at Day 90, and you have completed at least 3 of the priority citation actions listed in your report, but our scans record no AI mention of your business, we will extend your monitoring once, for 90 days, at no charge. One extension per audit. This does not guarantee any mention, ranking or traffic. To request the extension, contact support after Day 90 with a short confirmation of the actions completed. We verify manually, including through our scans and public sources.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the date of publication on this page. Please check back periodically to review any changes.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian and EU law. Any dispute will be resolved, where possible, amicably; otherwise, the competent courts at Quotabl's registered office will have jurisdiction.
